Great gym. Our family of 5 is in town for the week and wanted somewhere to start the day off right. Open configuration and very well equipped. Wife liked the red light sauna to finish up. Staff was friendly and helpful. 👍

Best gym in the Valley! The owners are locals, that truly invest in their members. The staff is always friendly and amazing. They offer physical therapy, child care, classes, 247 access to equipment and a strong, passionate community, that my family and I are very proud to be part of.

Questions we get

Is there an initiation fee?

No. You pay for the membership you pick and that's the whole number. No sign-up fee, no annual fee, and nothing that turns up on your card in March.

What does 24/7 access actually mean?

Your keytag opens the door at any hour, every day of the year. Staff are here Monday through Saturday 5am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 2pm, so come during those hours if you want a tour or have questions.

Do you have childcare?

Open 7 to 11am and 4 to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Included with group training. On a gym membership it's $40 a month per child for unlimited use, or $15 a visit, up to 90 minutes, if you only need it now and then. A parent has to stay in the building either way.

I'm starting over. Will I fit in here?

Yes, and that's not a polite yes. We run low-impact classes and yoga alongside the WODs, and we accept SilverSneakers, because starting over is most of what walks through the door. Nobody here is going to make you feel new.

What classes do you run?

WOD, Lo-WOD, Strength, Cycling, Lo-Cycling and Yoga, coached six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Group training is a membership tier rather than a per-class charge, so you're not paying every time you show up.

Where are you, and what about parking?

300 1st Ave W, downtown Kalispell. Most people find us because they already drive past it. Parking is downtown parking, so give yourself an extra minute in July.

How do I cancel?

The desk can do it while you wait, or over the phone on (406) 752-2438. Give us 15 days before your next billing date to stop that payment. We'd rather you leave easily and come back later than stay because leaving was a hassle.

Do I need to book classes ahead?

Reserve group training, cycling and yoga through your member account, especially at the popular times. If you're not sure how, the front desk will set it up with you the first time.
